We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from The 5S Superstore, however, if for any reason you’re not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, then we can arrange a return or replacement product within 30 days of delivery.
Simply inform us in writing (email is fine) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number, arrange to return your products (subject to our standard T&Cs) and discuss a replacement.
When contacting us to arrange a return, it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:
- Original Purchase Order Number or our 5S Superstore Order Number
- Confirmation the goods are still in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
- Details and quantities of items you would like to return
- The address you would like the items to be collected from
- A contact name and telephone number of the person we are collecting from
- Your opening times within which we need to arrange a collection
- Any other reference you will need us to quote when collecting the items

In the case of return of goods made to the Buyer’s specification where conditions 14.1.2 to 14.1.7 inclusive are met, the Seller will credit the purchase price of the goods subject to a handling charge of 40%.
No refund shall be provided for BESPOKE orders. All bespoke orders are to be paid in full prior to manufacturing commencing.
